Hello, I'm Vivian! 

I'm a visual + UX designer (and budding design strategist) at Capital One, where I currently work on digital experiences for Capital One credit card customers. Using my degree in cognitive neuroscience from Duke University and diverse experiences in startup, agency, and enterprise tech design, I like to cut through complex and ambiguous problems to find intuitive and actionable solutions. I believe that great design lies at the intersection of behavioral sciences and creative problem solving.

I've patented UX interactions, and some of the projects I've worked on have earned design awards, which is pretty neat.  

Outside of design and illustration, I'm also a big fan of animated movies and video games, and I also design enamel pins.
