I'm currently a senior product designer at Capital One, where I solve problems to help make credit card customers' spending as seamless as possible. With my diverse experiences in startup, agency, and enterprise tech design, I like to cut through complex and ambiguous problems to find intuitive and actionable solutions, solving user problems while balancing business needs and technical requirements and navigating complex stakeholder networks.
At Capital One, I have experience designing for everything from customer onboarding to consumer identity/authentication to multi-user experiences and more.
